And then second siphon into bottles! Capped and stored for two more weeks of conditioning and carbonation before we refrigerate.
First siphon to get rid of sediment and mix in a little sugar…
Almost 3 weeks later, time for bottling…
This is not LA. This is Seattle.
Major fermentation has slowed, so time for the airlock.
Now to let things ferment for a couple weeks
